• Securing & delivering employee training using internal resources or external providers.
• Report preparation of product movements, inventory, safety & environmental statistics.
• Inventory Control : Inventory management
• Tank Truck loading & Cylinder Bottling operation / Liquid Granule Filling.
• Accountable for increasing production with safety initiatives.
• Handled the Production activities.
• Provide operational direction on design, cost & commissioning activities of LPG Terminal.
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and
motivates high performance amongst the team
• Coordination with other company personnel responsible for rail movement & terminal maintenance
including QC personal.
• Monthly store audit (MDT)
• Ensuring the compliance of the various parameters points as per commissary check list.
• Liaising with marketing personnel.
• Pre and post loading inspection for both TTs
• Reporting: MIS to be sent to management on daily basis. The same will be reviewed weekly

• Production and Control Planning and managing day today production and manufacturing operations.
• Team Management and Capacity Improvement: Liaising with different departments like stores,
purchase, dispatch etc
• Expertise in handling LPG filling Equipment, fire safety, Hydraulics motor, VFD & Pneumatic
Equipments
• Installation, commissioning & maintenance of LPG Equipment, Instrumentation and Automation
Systems.
• Responsibility of Production, operation and Supervision of Manpower.
• Preparing daily and monthly reports for Head office
