A. Activities of CMIMS Engineering
· Act as Lead SAP PM User for the Company and participate in the SAP Projects
with Management, Lead SAP FI User and Lead SAP MM User to establish and
implement Company’s objectives.
· Responsibility for user controls within the SAP PM Module
· Responsible for quality and accuracy of maintenance data in SAP and managing the
Asset Register
· Manage input of new equipment in SAP and ensure that all new items are entered in
a timely manner, leading to a reliable and auditable system
· Develop and maintain an efficient and auditable inspection program in SAP for the
Operations Department, to ensure that inspection program can be produced
efficiently and in a timely manner
· Maintain awareness of developments to SAP and other maintenance/planning tools
and practices by doing the test of change release in coordination with HQ.
· Preventive maintenance plan setting/updating in liaison with the Maintenance Site
& Method engineers

· Schedules all preventive and planned maintenance activities.
· Prepares & coordinates site maintenance 2 week plan/meeting taking information from the
site 6 week plan, the CMMS pending work list and site action lists ensuring co-ordination of
activities at work site locations and minimizing outages of plant.
· Issues a details of weekly planning using available manpower resources.
· Monitors daily progress of the weekly planned activities taking information from the daily
report.
· Participates in elaboration of a yearly site planning with major overhauls, safety
equipments test, main inspection jobs, etc…
· Participates in periodic meetings to ensure proper coordination of works.
· Issues preventive maintenance work orders on weekly basis and updates planning
accordingly.
· Prepares weekly maintenance report including work order and backlog.
