InspireOne’s Experience
• The entire group was extremely open to the feedback and the insights that
could be drawn from the EI profiles.
• While some participants actively asked questions to build a deeper
understanding others validated the insights by reflecting on situations.
• They were very keen to understand their development opportunities
• Most participants were open and excited about taking more challenges
• The majority of the group scored high on components of Self Appraisal,
Objectivity, stress management, Adaptability and Achievement Drive
• High self-appraisal is the fount of all kind of development and specially EI.
• Participants were also introduced to what Empathy and Group Orientation
mean in their roles of managers. That these now transcend to how inclusive
they can be as managers and how they can contribute to the group not
through individual actions but by actually developing team members.

Application of PEQM
Research overwhelmingly shows that people high in various combinations of emotional competencies
outperform people who are weak in those areas. When emotional competencies are used in leader selection,

Genpact’s GOLD PROGRAM 2020-21 InspireOne’s Experience • The entire group was extremely open to the feedback and the insights that could be drawn from the EI profiles. • While some participants actively asked questions to build a deeper understanding others validated the insights by reflecting on situations. • They were very keen to understand their development opportunities • Most participants were open and excited about taking more challenges • The majority of the group scored high on components of Self Appraisal, Objectivity, stress management, Adaptability and Achievement Drive • High self-appraisal is the fount of all kind of development and specially EI. • Participants were also introduced to what Empathy and Group Orientation mean in their roles of managers.
