My Duties & Responsibility
1. Meeting and exceeding the Management-defined sales targets for all facilities, existing
and upcoming.
2. Setting sales targets within each facility’s team for complete sales including add-on
services and helping each team-member achieve the same.
3. Ensuring 100% client satisfaction at all facilities and maintaining a zero complaints
atmosphere.
4. Managing the administration, maintenance and operations of all facilities and keeping
the Head Office informed of the same at all times via email and in person with a copy to
senior Management.
5. Recruiting third party service providers for all facilities.
6. Maintaining a healthy relationship with such third party service providers and
ensuring timely receipt of such monthly compensation.
7. Devising new strategies, sales packages and promotional campaigns with the Head
Office to enhance sales at all facilities.
8. Creating and maintaining necessary MIS for all facilities to track sales performance of
every facility and the performance of all team members and services
9. Maintaining all files, records, software details and paperwork that are essential to the
healthy management and security of each facility.
10. Staying informed and ahead of the competition and their upcoming schemes.
11. Management of all staff at the facilities and ensuring a healthy working atmosphere at
the facilities between all team members.
12. Addressing the recruitment needs of the company and all facilities, along with the Head
Office, and filling all vacancies from time-to-time.
13. Maintaining and ensuring attendance etiquette and discipline and overall law and
order in the work place.
14. Sourcing and negotiating arrangements with external suppliers for products and
services for all facilities. Maintaining and growing such relationships over long term
periods by ensuring excellent credit periods and timely payments to these suppliers.
15. Maintaining an inventory of all goods, materials and supplies at all facilities and
ensuring their upkeep, safety and uninterrupted supply.
16. Developing new areas of sales focus and services within each facility and possible
revenue generation centers.
17. Ensuring that all team-members including him meet the health and fitness criteria of
the Company.
18. Bringing emergency problems and matters to the notice of the Management before they
hit critical status.
19. Any and all other matters that fall within the effective management of all facilities and
the Company.
