Monitoring and collation of International Visa’s (Right To Work)
Generating 30, 60,100 day notifications as well as final notices in accordance with the
tracking system.
Generate all the relevant documentation for Right to Work investigations during disciplinary
and termination procedures.
Assist with yearly checks with Head Office as well as regular SALA,Safe and Legal Audits,
visits to the store.
Accessing our HR systems, PeopleSoft, to change personal data, program colleague’s
holidays, colleague rotas.
Accessing our payment system, WorkBrain, to ensure colleague’s wages are correct and any
system errors are rectified. This includes daily exceptions for colleagues swiping in or out
incorrectly.
General Admin paperwork including letters of invite for Investigations, Disciplinary and
response to outside requests.
Monitoring the appearance of colleagues within the store and making weekly uniform orders
to provide colleagues with new uniform and ensure the store dress standards are of high
standards.

Monitoring of Colleague Sickness
Booking of monthly PAM clinics for colleagues on long term sickness
Booking of Yearly PAM Health Assessments for Bakers and ForkLift Drivers
Execution and support with the PAM nurse on clinic day
Recruitment – Setting up and closing vacancies on the Kenexa BrassRing System which
enables candidates to apply via the ASDA website.
Monitoring of candidates throughout the recruitment process,ensuring all relevant
documentation such as Right To Work, Bank Details, National Insurance are correct and
processed onto PeopleSoft. Also ensuring that the BrassRing System transfers candidate’s
applications to PeopleSoft when they are hired into the company.
Setting up of group selection days’, including bulk email invites via the BrassRing System.
As well as ensuring all printed resources and room requirements for the day are correct.
Assisting the People Service Manager, HR manager, throughout the selection days.
Monitoring candidates and providing my opinions when necessary.
Ensuring after care is provided to candidates. Providing them with and timely response on the
decisions made by the store after their group selection day. Also ensuring that candidates
being hired are without concern as they continue through the recruitment process.
Setting up the Best Welcome Induction days, ensuring all printed resources are correct and
ensuring candidates are at ease on their first day within the company.
Assisting, and occasionally running, the Best Welcome day. Best Welcome days include a
vast amount of material related to their training for the candidate’s roles.
Ensuring all New candidates are settled within the company and have completed the require
training within the 4 week induction period. Updating the training tracker on PeopleSoft,
linked to Head Office.
2. Community Champion – The booking and organisation of Charity collections and events
within store. Building relationships with the Charities to enable them a stress free day within
store and constant support for their cause. Also includes direct access with the ASDA
foundation for causes needed major financial grants and supporting them through the process.
