4. when load increases cells will zoom in
In this case when the load increases the cells will zoom in. All the
mobile users arriving towards the central cell. So central cell will
overcrowded. When the cells get zoom in the mobile users will free from
cell, so cells will be overcrowded and also mobile users will not get the
coverage.
5. when load decrease cell will zoom out
When the load decreases the cells will zoom out, in this mobile users
are moving away from the central cell, so cells will be overcrowded and also
mobile users will not get the coverage.
6. Neighbour cell are zoom out
In this case the neighboring cells can either zoom out to take care of
the coverage. The central cell chooses to reduce the energy consumption of
the Base station.
7. Central cell sleep and neighbour cell transmit

The central cell will be sleeps and neighboring cells transmit sharing to
others. Simulation outcome illustrate that cell zooming leads to considerable
energy savings of up to 40% while maintaining coverage during off-peak hours.
