Based in London, Phillippa provides Executive
Search services to a variety of corporate clients
within the TMT arena, and brings familiarity with
a wide range of commercial functions including
Sales & Marketing, Technology, Operations and
Project & Programme Management. She also
works with venture capital firms and portfolio
businesses to recruit entrepreneurial talent that
will drive them to maturity.
Phillippa has increasing interest in the emerging
smart digital and M2M communications agendas
and is practiced at identifying and sourcing the
skills in Data and Network Architectures required
to support their development.

Adrian is a senior consultant in the Technology,
Media & Telecoms practice at Veredus.
Working between London and Manchester
Adrian provides Executive Search services and
consultancy within the sector, operating both
Internationally and UK wide on behalf of both
major listed businesses as well as leading privately
owned organisations.
Prior to joining Veredus Adrian spent 8 years with
Walker Hamill a leading European Finance and
Accountancy Boutique where he successfully
recruited for leading businesses across Europe.

Damian Brown is a Director heading the
Telecoms, Media and Technology practice at
Veredus. Based between Manchester, London
and Dubai, Damian’s team covers the EMEA
region providing executive search services and
consultancy within the sector.
He has served almost 4 years specialising in
Search for the Middle East and Africa, heading an
Executive Search and Corporate Training practice
based in Qatar.
He has delivered numerous CxO appointments
for a diverse set of clients from a Private Airline,
Bio-Science, Telecom, MNCs and Regional banks.
Damian has engaged with business such as
Vodafone Qatar, Virgin Mobile, Brightstar, Q-Tel
and Qatar Investment Authority.

Gavin Best is the newly appointed director of the
Veredus private sector practices.
Gavin, who joins the company after heading
up the private sector interim business at Penna
Resourcing, has more than 14 years’ experience
at both boutique and major recruitment
organisations.
Gavin’s new role will revolve around expanding
the private sector interim business and increasing
revenues by developing new and existing
relationships, and driving growth strategies to
support the organisation’s business development
plans.

Andrew Fisher is a Director of the Interim
Management recruitment team. In addition to
Transport, his specialist area is the TMT sector,
covering telecommunications, publishing and
digital media, online new media pure plays,
eCommerce businesses and new technology
launches. His client base covers a broad
geographic region and a wide variety of
organisations from multi-national global players
to niche UK start ups and media ‘house hold
names’ in publishing, broadcast and digital.
He is responsible for providing executives into
mid-senior level roles on an interim assignment
basis This includes CFO, CIO, CTO, COO, HRD,
Product Development, Programme and Project
Managers, eCommerce Managers, IT Directors
and Department Heads in Technical, Human
Resources, Financial and Commercial facing roles
