Description: A smart connected cap for patients suffering from asthma, with a plethora of sensors to
detect the environmental conditions to alert the user and also measure the respiration rate of the user.
2. Code Red: Environment Recognition and Safety Protocol for Firefighters – Project Link
Role: Project Lead, Hardware Design April 2016

Interfaces: MQ2 Gas Sensor, MLX90614, ADXL335, SSD1306, MAX30100
Description: An Augmented Reality based smart connected helmet for fire fighters to sense and
display the data about the interior conditions such as temperature, gas concentration and also alerts
the nearby firefighter when the other one is in danger.

5. Safe Ranger: Thermal Vision and Gas Sensor based Rover - Project link July 2017

Description: A semi-autonomous miniature multispectral sensor equipped diagnostic tank based
rover that can monitor heating of valves using a thermal camera and monitor gas leaks.
6. NeuroCuddl: Biofeedback based VR system for mental wellness - Project link April 2018
Description: NeuroCuddl is a novel phone based VR headset to provide the user with an immersive
environment for both mental health and vivid recreational experiences. Comprehensive meditation is
provided to the various senses by stimulating muscles, playing synthesized music and showcasing
dynamic visuals all of which are modulated by the user's breathing pattern and mental state.
