2014: Achieves THB 30 million Cost-saving through executing Indirect and Direct, Food & Beverage,
CAPEX, purchase standardization.

I providedvaluable information to my team in order for them to understand the situation and set up a
plan of attack as a team. Also, I provided useful follow up on all matters proactively and coaches my
team step by step. So they understand problem and solution. I coached and gave a feedback and

inour group,we developedandimprovedthe conceptandprocessof jobperformance,Also,we applied
strategicthinkingtoapplyinorderto achieve the company's goals. We always came up with new ideas
to reach the timeline of business requirements. We improved our strategies and especially with our
managedhotels&newopeninginorderforus to getthe job done ontime and alsoprioritizingour work
as everyof customersdeclare themselves as urgent requests. At this stage, we got Cost Saving Project
to achieve the company's goals.

and bestpricesthatavailable inthe markettoour customeras happenedmanytimesthatthe customer
selectedthe productwithwrongpricingandmore expensivethanourcorporate prices.Asa result,itled

and suggestedcustomertobuydirectlywiththe producer (short cut from the trader). We also created
one price policy for customer. Arranging and negotiating contracts to get the best benefits for the

sometimes there is some delays but most the time we get it done.

improvement opportunities in Oracle systems and Sourcing processes. And maintain supplier master
data and itemmasterdata insystemthe All Companywith MinorGroup,Provide information related to
procurementarea,notonlyto domestic properties but also overseas who want to purchase product in
Thailand.
I developedandimprovdethe conceptandprocessof jobperformance;Also,we usedstrategic thinking
to applyinorderto achieve the company'sgoals.We alsohad one price item in order to apply concepts
and varioustechniquestoworkandachieve colleague satisfaction. We always came up with new ideas
to reach the timelineof businessrequirements.We neededtocollectall data from managed properties
and otherownbrandsto achieve betternegotiaterateswith vendors. At this stage, we got struggles to
get this information. Be Able on work on Cost Saving Project to achieve the company's goals

group-wide supply chain management to integrate all hotel operations and project procurements.

all hotels across the chain.
There wasalso huge taskon extraassignmentof new hotel StRegis Bangkok. That I had to do in limited
period. I managed my work on existing daily job and this extra job which takes a lot of time to do.
