Selling on Amazon Fee Schedule
• Amazon collects the lower of the applicable fees stated below and any fees
communicated to you by Amazon (such as promotional fees that Amazon
may provide from time to time). This does not apply to certain sellers, such
as warranty providers and other service providers, who will continue to pay
selling fees in accordance with the rates provided in their program
agreements.
MonthlySubscription Fee
• Professional Selling Plan: USD$ 39.99 per month
• Individual Selling Plan: No subscription fee
Selling Fees
• When your item sells, Amazon collects the amount paid by the buyer
(including the item price and any shipping, gift wrap, or other charges).
Amazon shipping rates may apply to media products (book, music, video,
and DVD products) sold by Professional sellers, and to all products sold by
Individual sellers. Only Professional sellers can offer gift wrap.
Shipping Credits For Individuals
• When you ship an order, you will receive a standardized shipping credit.
Amazon sets the shipping charges based on the product category and the
shipping method selected by the buyer, and then credits what the buyer
was charged to your account.
• You must ship orders even if the shipping credit is less than your total
shipping costs. To offset the difference, you can adjust your shipping
charges or the price of your product.
Domestic Shipping Credits
• Amazon charges buyers the following rates for orders shipped within the United
States. You receive a shipping credit in the same amount.
• Includes APO, FPO, and U.S. Protectorate addresses.
• Two-Day Shipping is available to eligible sellers only.
• Refers to the weight of the item, excluding the seller's packaging.
International Shipping Credits
• If you offer international shipping, Amazon charges buyers the following
rates for orders shipped to countries outside the United States. You receive
the same amount as a shipping credit.
Per Item Fees
• Professional sellers: No per-item fee
• Individual sellers: USD$ 0.99 fee for each item sold
Referral Fees
• Sellers pay a referral fee on each item sold. Items in several categories have a per-item minimum referral fee as listed
below (for example, sellers pay the greater of the referral fee or the per-item minimum referral fee).
• For all products, Amazon deducts the applicable referral fee percentage calculated on the total sales price, excluding any
taxes calculated through Amazon tax calculation services. The total sales price is the total amount paid by the buyer,
including the item price and any delivery or gift wrapping charges.
• Referral fees vary by category, as listed below.
• Beginning 10/15/2017 through 10/14/2018, referral fees for Grocery & Gourmet items with a total price of $15 or
less will be 8%, instead of 15%. Grocery & Gourmet items with a total price above $15 will be 15%.
High-Volume Listing Fee
• We charge a monthly High-Volume Listing Fee based on the number of active offers for non-media ASINs you list on
Amazon. We identify non-media ASINs where: (i) you have an active offer, (ii) the ASIN was created more than 12 months
ago, and (iii) the ASIN has not had a sale from any seller in the past 12 months. Your first 100,000 ASINs that meet these
criteria will not be charged the High-Volume Listing Fee. For each additional ASIN (above the first 100,000) that meets
these criteria, you will be charged a monthly High-Volume Listing Fee of $0.005 per ASIN. The High-Volume Listing Fee will
be charged monthly and will be applied to your highest number of applicable ASINs above 100,000 at any time during that
month.
• For example, if during a month, you had active offers on 300,000 non-media ASINs that have not had a sale by any seller in
the previous 12 months and have been listed on Amazon for at least 12 months, the fee applied for that month would be
$1,000. This is calculated as 300,000 minus the 100,000 that are not charged this fee, which equals 200,000 ASINs that
would be charged $0.005 each.
• The fee will be calculated and charged monthly and shown in the next month's statement.
Refund Administration Fee
• If you refund a customer for an order for which you have already received payment,
Amazon will refund you the amount of the Referral Fee you paid for the item(s), minus
the applicable Refund Administration Fee, which is the lesser of $5.00 or 20% of the
applicable Referral Fee.
• For example, if you refund a customer the $10.00 total sales price of an item in a
category with a 15% Referral Fee, your Refund Administration Fee will be $0.30 ($10.00 x
15% Referral Fee = $1.50).

To offset the difference, you can adjust your shipping charges or the price of your product.
  • 6. Domestic Shipping Credits • Amazon charges buyers the following rates for orders shipped within the United States. You receive a shipping credit in the same amount. • Includes APO, FPO, and U.S. Protectorate addresses. • Two-Day Shipping is available to eligible sellers only. • Refers to the weight of the item, excluding the seller's packaging.
  • 7. International Shipping Credits • If you offer international shipping, Amazon charges buyers the following rates for orders shipped to countries outside the United States. You receive the same amount as a shipping credit.
  • 8. Per Item Fees • Professional sellers: No per-item fee • Individual sellers: USD$ 0.99 fee for each item sold
  • 9. Referral Fees • Sellers pay a referral fee on each item sold. Items in several categories have a per-item minimum referral fee as listed below (for example, sellers pay the greater of the referral fee or the per-item minimum referral fee). • For all products, Amazon deducts the applicable referral fee percentage calculated on the total sales price, excluding any taxes calculated through Amazon tax calculation services. The total sales price is the total amount paid by the buyer, including the item price and any delivery or gift wrapping charges. • Referral fees vary by category, as listed below. • Beginning 10/15/2017 through 10/14/2018, referral fees for Grocery & Gourmet items with a total price of $15 or less will be 8%, instead of 15%. Grocery & Gourmet items with a total price above $15 will be 15%.
  • 10. High-Volume Listing Fee • We charge a monthly High-Volume Listing Fee based on the number of active offers for non-media ASINs you list on Amazon. We identify non-media ASINs where: (i) you have an active offer, (ii) the ASIN was created more than 12 months ago, and (iii) the ASIN has not had a sale from any seller in the past 12 months. Your first 100,000 ASINs that meet these criteria will not be charged the High-Volume Listing Fee. For each additional ASIN (above the first 100,000) that meets these criteria, you will be charged a monthly High-Volume Listing Fee of $0.005 per ASIN. The High-Volume Listing Fee will be charged monthly and will be applied to your highest number of applicable ASINs above 100,000 at any time during that month. • For example, if during a month, you had active offers on 300,000 non-media ASINs that have not had a sale by any seller in the previous 12 months and have been listed on Amazon for at least 12 months, the fee applied for that month would be $1,000. This is calculated as 300,000 minus the 100,000 that are not charged this fee, which equals 200,000 ASINs that would be charged $0.005 each. • The fee will be calculated and charged monthly and shown in the next month's statement.
  • 11. Refund Administration Fee • If you refund a customer for an order for which you have already received payment, Amazon will refund you the amount of the Referral Fee you paid for the item(s), minus the applicable Refund Administration Fee, which is the lesser of $5.00 or 20% of the applicable Referral Fee. • For example, if you refund a customer the $10.00 total sales price of an item in a category with a 15% Referral Fee, your Refund Administration Fee will be $0.30 ($10.00 x 15% Referral Fee = $1.50).
