Everywhere he went, Muhammad the Prophet of Islam needed women to pick the lice
from his hair.
Zaynab was picking lice from the head of the Prophet.

of typhus fever in addition to the impact of the poison that was in the shoulder of the
sheep he ate at Khaibar.

On his deathbed Muhammad said:
"Some of us (prophets) are afflicted with lice until they kill him."

‫بالقمل حتى يقتله وإن كان النبي من النبياء ليبتلى بالفقر‬

Translation:
A man put his hand on the Prophet peace be upon him and said, by Allah, I can't
bear to put my hand on you for your fever is too intense. The Prophet peace be upon
him said, we the prophets, Allah sends us a double affliction, but He also gives us a
double reward, some of us are afflicted with lice until they kill him, others with
poverty...
He also said:
"O Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar"
