Influencing profound social processes in Ukrainian society by developing
future leaders.
Ukrainian Leadership Academy is a personal and social development program
featuring, as the key element, a 10-month formation course for secondary school
graduates. Leadership qualities are cultivated by combining elements of
value-based physical, emotional and intellectual development.

2021-22: 25 UAL branches across Ukraine
Becoming a key force driving positive changes in educational and social spheres
Forming Ukraine’s reputation in the world via the leadership movement:
1,000,000 direct contacts abroad by 2030
Continuous development and improvement of education programs, approaches
and leadership development and administration institutions
2023-24: development of the national youth movement in Ukraine by engaging
2000 youths, with the annual growth rate of 20%
2026: 5,000 graduates every year, successfully completing studies under various
leadership development programs
2032-33: formation of the 20,000-strong UL community actively involved
in development of Ukraine’s greatness
2030-31: increasing public awareness of Ukrainian Leadership Academy’s
activities to 10 million citizens

The first enrollment involved 39 graduates from 9 regions
of Ukraine and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The enrollees were selected from 220 applications from
the interested young people. Our graduates entered
prestigious universities, started private business, began
working; they participate in social projects and help open
new branches of our Academy.
The first Ukrainian Leadership Academy was opened
on 7 September 2015 in Kyiv.
