This job is located in Turku, Finland and it is a combined role of Supply Planner and Change Manager. The position is
named as Supply Manager in Bayer organizations in other parts of the world.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the supply of long lasting contraceptives for following product categories: Jaydess, Skyla and Kyleena
• Inventory management and customer contacts to improve KPI development (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast BIAS, DOS)
• Launch management and product deletions in Supply Chain environment

Nestlé Nordics
09/2012-10/2014 Nordic Supply Chain Business Excellence Leader; Lean Strategic Deployment
This job was located in the Nestle Nordic headquarters in Copenhagen. It included the leading of two change waves: Goal
Alignment and Focus Improvement. Both of these waves are part of the Lean journey in Nestle.
Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of 10 persons to deploy change in Nordic Supply Chain.
• Training, coaching and assessing employees in 12 teams in Nordic Supply Chain (Customer service teams, Demand
Planning, Supply planning, Procurement, Physical Logistics team, Distribution Centers and Export Team), 7 locations
and 3 countries.
• Leading the change in the Nordic Supply Chain and reporting to the Zone Europe market change teams.
Key Achievements:
• Successfully finished green belt project in ice cream production line in Finland. Leading the project with a long
distance from Copenhagen. Potential savings 95000 Eur. I received a Lean Green Belt certification for leading this
project.
• Arranging and delivering two change audits within Nordic Supply Chain (3 countries, Denmark, Sweden and Finland,
over 40 meetings with feedback). These audits were both contributing in creating Nordic supply chain as the highest
achiever of commitment and engagement in the Nordic region in the new way of working.
• Arranging and delivering two international trainings by own initiative in Copenhagen Nordic supply chain with
participants from Sweden, Denmark and Finland. These new trainings were setting the trend for the other departments
of how the change team was led to become a solid pillar in creating sustainable foundation for the new way of
working.
• Delivering and leading a strategic planning session for the Nordic Supply Chain Leadership team in cooperation with
Nordic Supply Chain manager to come up with operational master plan. The leadership and facilitation of the session
was well received by the whole leadership team.

This was an additional role while being the Business Excellence Leader in the Nordic Supply Chain.
Key Achievements:
• By efficient problem solving finding the root causes for 3 major problem areas in Nordic Physical Logistics team
leading to savings. Finding the biggest contributors for cost savings in the Nordic Baby Food distribution system.

This job was located in Turku baby food factory. From 12/2011 I was working also as the change leader in the Export team
(Nestlé Continuous Excellence Goal Alignment pillar member).

contacts, order creation, stock allocation and invoicing.
