VACAGENT REFERRALS - HOW TRAVEL AGENTS CAN USE IT
1. PUBLISH A REFERRAL
Outline turned away client’s needs in terms of dates, location,
budget, etc. Once a referral request is published, VacAgent
will match relevant properties and initiate a special offer to
their managers.
2. RECEIVE OFFERS
Receive special offers in real time. By setting a
max rate for a request, travel agent controls
rates range of his referral. He can view each
offer and request an additional information.
3. SEND COMBINED OFFER TO A GUEST
Send best offers to a client using VacAgent White Label. Client
will review profiles with a detailed info. An exact location being
hidden to exclude direct contact.
4. APPROVE OFFER
Once a client has chosen a best offer, travel
agent can approve an offer. Once booked,
VacAgent will provide travel agent with the
necessary details.

RECEIVE OFFERS Receive special offers in real time. By setting a max rate for a request, travel agent controls rates range of his referral. He can view each offer and request an additional information. 3. SEND COMBINED OFFER TO A GUEST Send best offers to a client using VacAgent White Label. Client will review profiles with a detailed info. An exact location being hidden to exclude direct contact. 4. APPROVE OFFER Once a client has chosen a best offer, travel agent can approve an offer.
