Registry Direct is seeking to raise up to $6,000,000 (before costs)
by way of an initial public offer of up to 30,000,000 ordinary
shares and options.
Each ordinary share and option combination will cost $0.20
The options have a strike price of $0.30 each and may
be exercised on the date that is two years after listing
Both the shares and options will be tradeable on the
ASX under the codes RD1 and RD10 respectively
The offer is subject to a minimum raising of $2,000,000 (before costs)
The offer is scheduled to close on 5 October 2017.
The offer may close early at the Board’s discretion.
