HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY LOAN?
There are just 5 simple steps to our loan processing: Fill out the Application, sign a
contract/letter of commitment, discharge pre-qualification requirements, loan is
approved and secured; loan amount is disbursed to borrower. Subject to
categorisation of loan the projected time frame is set at between 14-21 days.
CAN I USE THE LOAN FOR ANY PURPOSE?
Loan and Investment are solely for business investments; The Project Funding
Solution can also be used just as an Investment Vehicle for excellent returns that
are protected (no project attached).
WHAT ARE MY LOAN CHARGES?
We usually carry out a thorough verification exercise which attracts the
underwriting of a onetime commitment payable by loan applicant. Compliance fee
is determined by principal amount applied for as loan.
CAN I INSURE MY PAYMENTS?
Yes, here it is necessary to insure your loan payments. Payment protection gives

projects with exceptionally high yield and ROI we can provide a funding mechanism
with a maximum cash value of GBP250, 000,000.00.
HOW WILL THE LOAN BE REPAID?
Depending on terms of service agreement interest payments are paid monthly or
annually with and the principal must be repaid by the end of tenure.
 There are no early repayment fees - so you can pay back your loan at any
time without penalty.
 Interest rates are fixed so you know exactly where you stand.
 We leverage you with the capacity to choose the repayment option that
matches your cash flow needs - from lower monthly/annual repayments over
a longer term to higher monthly/annual repayments over a shorter term.

Easy Application Process
Step 1: (a) Complete the loan application, submit with the following documents:
i) Copy of valid legal identifying document (e.g. data page (s) of International
Passport).
ii), Presentation of Financial statements. Financial statements should include a
balance sheet, income statement and any footnotes necessary to provide us with a
clear understanding of your company’s financial condition. Loan applicants should
be prepared to provide three to five year-end financial statements along with the
most recent interim statement. A forecast of how your company will be affected
financially if you are considering expansion is important as well.
For fledgling or start up businesses; to satisfy this requirement you can provide a
personal financial statement, which usually consists of a balance sheet detailing
assets (property values, securities held, etc.), liabilities, a breakdown of total
personal income (salary, investments, etc.) and details of any minority or majority
ownership in joint ventures, LPs, LLCs,

b) Utility bill held in your name or that of the company you represent
Step 2: Consequent upon fulfilment of above written prerequisite you will be
provided with a business customer information form which will be used to process
loan application. Terms of service agreement and letter of commitment will be
signed thereafter. Subject to discharge of all pre-qualification requirements loan
will be secured and fund transferred to applicant’s nominated account of fund
destination within 3 banking days.
PARTNERSHIPS/BUSINESS VENTURES
IFMC represents the interest of Venture Capitalists who are interested in
companies with high growth prospects, which are managed by experienced and
ambitious teams and are capable of turning their business plan into reality. Our
approach to investment will depend on location of the business, the size of the
investment, the stage of the company, industry specialization, capital requirement,
structure of the investment and the level of involvement of our VC’s in your
company’s activities.
A pre-condition for injection of investment capital by VC’s is the presentation of
evidence supporting the Client’s ability to provide minimum 10% of the requested
Capital by way of presentation of a SBLC or BG preferably by MT760 to our Bank
for confirmation and authentication. Upon receipt of the above, Terms of Service
Agreement and NDA will be issued and funds released for the mutually agreed
investment project.

BROKERS/FACILITATORS
To work in a representative capacity as Broker/Facilitator to IFMC UK, prospective
facilitators are required to register with IFMC, and provide valid legal identifying
documents and data pages of their international passports. Broker/Facilitator shall
be paid a 2% commission of all transactions successfully closed. Subject to
performance and size of loan, commission can be raised. IFMC goes into
partnership to achieve successful and profitable outcomes.
