jobs in a high volume, multi-site, print/mail facility that produced 312 million pieces of
mail and 8 million checks per year.

production capacity and the availability of resources with customer service level
agreements (SLA) to ensure jobs were mailed on time.
Led multiple team huddles during the shift to communicate any priority changes or
“watch points” with the potential to impact SLA attainment.
Managed make-to-stock and print-to-stock inventory levels using input from reports,
requests from business partners, and inventory management best practices to ensure
that sufficient material was available to complete jobs on time.
