 Effectively planned, executed, and managed timelines for the day-to-day production of
jobs in a high volume, multi-site, print/mail facility that produced 312 million pieces of
mail and 8 million checks per year.
 Ensured continual flow of work to the production floor and set job priorities by balancing
production capacity and the availability of resources with customer service level
agreements (SLA) to ensure jobs were mailed on time.
 Led multiple team huddles during the shift to communicate any priority changes or
“watch points” with the potential to impact SLA attainment.
 Managed make-to-stock and print-to-stock inventory levels using input from reports,
requests from business partners, and inventory management best practices to ensure
that sufficient material was available to complete jobs on time.
Fidelity Investments, Covington, KY
Production Control Coordinator, Outbound Production Control Mar 2006 – Aug 2015
 Successfully resolved issues that arose with the production of a job once the order had
been released to the production floor. Managed exception processing or any other
production issue impacting the progression of the order.
 Ensured orders and material physically and systematically moved through Outbound
Operations to meet production deadlines. Monitored orders from print, to assembly, to
finished product to ensure on-time delivery.
 Managed and quickly resolved material shortages for backordered jobs to ensure
