action.
 Prepare indorsement letter to different departments in connection with
the accomplished request or reply letters and other related
communication prior to signature of department head.
 Monthly consolidation of DTR of the personnel of legal office personnel
and submit to Human Resource Management Office.
 Assist and entertain all clients in their needs in legal matters and refer them
to the lawyers.
 Prepared and arrange appointments of the Department Head to a
different agencies and/or client.
 Receive telephone calls and to assist all lawyers to communicate to their
clients.
