at a transformation-leaders briefing
session that your briefer, himself a
senior independent, (not a high pressure
commission incentivised, agency
salesman urgent to make a sale), may
tease out that maybe your key problem
lies in a slightly different place.
3. A senior interim project is not like a job
brief at all. HR departments are great at
employee briefs but are not normally so
good at project briefs, which
concentrate on deliverables and time
frames. In the ensuing shortlist
interviews all top candidates will have
done considerable research to move the
brief on. These interviews can be hugely
valuable to the client.
