The organization specializes in Debt Collection Agency, Recovery Services, receivable management
services, chargebacks, cash application, collections, collection letters, Cash Application Exception Processing, and Back-Office
Support Services we utilize methodologies that include conducting up-front root cause analytics to identify and explain existing
deficiencies, as well as post-initiative evaluations and ROI metrics that quantify the effectiveness of our solutions.
I was working for Hewlett Packard Financial Services (A process involving complete AR Management)of Australia, New
Zealand and India in Credit and collection team.
The work involves the following activities:
7. Preparation of the Management Portfolio report from the RMS in-house software named ‘Synergy’ and
analysing the performance of each account in the portfolio segment for both processes.
8. Responsible for collection of receivables, incoming deductions, cash forecasting, credit memos, claims and
disputes settlement.
9. Account reconciliations and resolution of issues in coordination with internal and external parties.
10. Monitor calls, emails and activity on accounts to ascertain that desired quality has been maintained and
executing payment application and also monitoring the across the team.
11. Maintaining a smooth functioning credit portfolio -supplying responsive, process-effective services to internal
and external customers.
12. Organize and participates in credit control, distribution centre, Sales and Customer meetings
13. Evaluating credit risk, making recommendations on and/or setting temporary credit limits on new accounts
and following an established procedure on collections.
14. Training for new hires as well as process refreshers.

Agilent Technologies is a global company that designs and manufactures electronic and bio-analytical measurement
instruments and equipment for measurement and evaluation.
I was associated with Credit and Collection Department as Credit controls executive team for US, UK, Ireland and
India regions with a portfolio of almost $ 15 million with more than 300 B2B customers with a highly quality of
service.
18. Prepare AR related reports, AR ageing, Credit Limit report, DSO report and assist in collecting any other report or
information to the management.
19. Regular reviews of customer accounts in representatives’ queues to ascertain proper action has been taken and improve
liquidation and spin on accounts.

26. Weekly reviews with Manager, credit analyst and Regional manager on High risk, High Default, NOC and Denial customers as

CURRENT ORGANISATION
From Dec 8, 2014, I am Driving Credit and Collections of Complete India with Sciex Pte Ltd,(A Danaher operating
company). ((** Brought DSO down by 15 days from previous by 2015 end**))
SCIEX's global leadership and world-class service and support in the capillary electrophoresis and liquid chromatography-mass
spectrometry industry.
Following are my responsibilities and duties for my organisation:
- Responsible for Credit administration and resolution of all related issues independently through proper analysis
however maintained TAT of 8 working hours for resolution, feedback with alternatives or proper escalation of every order.
31. Maintain risk awareness through solid credit analysis of a strategic international portfolio and current customer list. Evaluate
credit risk, make recommendations on and/or set temporary credit limits on new and existing customer accounts.
32. For listed customers, doing a credit check through Dunn and Bradstreet and other sources before recommendation.
33. With every incoming order, I recommend my approval after checking customer credit matrix followed by overdue and
customer behaviour towards the collection activities in order to keep DSO below 60 days.
34. Pushing system for a better Credit term to avoid potential frauds and risk with all Private and Govt. customers.
35. Basis customer payment history and co-ordination behaviour, I recommend payment terms and credit term for Instrument
(CAPEX), Service Contracts (Comprehensive and Labour) & Spares.
36. Basis my checks and understanding, I keep recommending and setting customers threshold credit limit, approval limit and
Order credit limit time to time to avoid future risks.
37. Cross checking re-imbursement claims placed by customer and also Responsible for providing authorised approval for
release of credit blocked orders and taking decision credit decisions.
Responsible for all collections activities and AR management of all customers in India
Reporting:
38. Prepare and Circulate Monthly and weekly AR reports (Account Receivables) to Regional Sales and service heads, Finance
Manager(India), CFO (India), Managing Director(India).
39. Monthly and weekly Credit hold customers, High Risk customers and High value but risky customers to Service heads and
Finance Manager.
40. Weekly Collections report with forecast of further prospects through Visual management.
41. Escalate potential bad-debts, collections issue to finance manager and concerning team for earliest resolution.
42. Make plans and execute it till the accomplishment as per our Danaher’s core values.
43. Always execute endeavoured activities considering business relationships.
Dispute management:
44. Co-ordinate with Sales & Service heads and regional managers, customer service manager, finance manager (India) and
taxation, Legal and EMEA finance controller for exact and complete resolution of disputed issue.
45. Initiate weekly calls with all regional Service managers to resolve customer issue and payment issue.
46. Escalate un-resolved issue and follow up till the resolution through flagging the risk and financial implications.
Collections of all accounts receivables, TDS certificates, C-forms, Bank guarantees
47. Making calls, sending E-mail reminder and also sending reminder and dunning letters to customer.
48. Making personal visits to concerning customers for payments and resolving issues.
49. Arranging Invoice/Bill delivery either through email and post customer with all relevant statutory documents required for
payment.
50. Weekly AR discussions with Sales and Service commercial managers for influence and help in collections.
51. Correspond with Banks for resolution of issues related to collections for all Letter of credit (LC), Cash against document
(CAD) payments followed by escalations where there is a delay.
52. Pro-active approach towards collections and AR dispute management, where I also involve different departments wherever
required for timely collections.
53. Responsible to help in cash application to concerning team with payment allocation instructions and squaring off the books.
54. Responsible for ensuring collection and forecast metrics monthly, quarterly and yearly as well.
55. Review and approve global tax withholding submissions (TDS certificates: Service Tax).
56. Build relationships with relevant business partners to ensure a smooth cooperation between the Credit department and the
business.
57. Work closely with Sales and Service heads and Regional managers not only to escalate high delinquent accounts but to also
structure financing alternatives for customers requiring special finance related help.
Achievements (Since Dec 2014)
1. Reduced Bad-debts reserve recovery from $405k to $ 32k in 8 Months, for which my effort got recognized by
Organisation by Certifying and prized an amount of $ 300/-.
2. Danaher has also recognized my effort for highest collections record in AB Sciex history by Certifying and prize money.
3. Drop in DSO from 90 days (YOY) to 72 days (YOY) in 2015 and now heading towards a target of 65 days in 2016.

((** Brought DSO down by 15 days from previous by 2015 end**)) SCIEX's global leadership and world-class service and support in the capillary electrophoresis and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry industry. Following are my responsibilities and duties for my organisation: - Responsible for Credit administration and resolution of all related issues independently through proper analysis however maintained TAT of 8 working hours for resolution, feedback with alternatives or proper escalation of every order. 31. Maintain risk awareness through solid credit analysis of a strategic international portfolio and current customer list. Evaluate credit risk, make recommendations on and/or set temporary credit limits on new and existing customer accounts. 32. For listed customers, doing a credit check through Dunn and Bradstreet and other sources before recommendation. 33. With every incoming order, I recommend my approval after checking customer credit matrix followed by overdue and customer behaviour towards the collection activities in order to keep DSO below 60 days. 34. Pushing system for a better Credit term to avoid potential frauds and risk with all Private and Govt. customers. 35. Basis customer payment history and co-ordination behaviour, I recommend payment terms and credit term for Instrument (CAPEX), Service Contracts (Comprehensive and Labour) & Spares. 36. Basis my checks and understanding, I keep recommending and setting customers threshold credit limit, approval limit and Order credit limit time to time to avoid future risks. 37. Cross checking re-imbursement claims placed by customer and also Responsible for providing authorised approval for release of credit blocked orders and taking decision credit decisions. Responsible for all collections activities and AR management of all customers in India Reporting: 38. Prepare and Circulate Monthly and weekly AR reports (Account Receivables) to Regional Sales and service heads, Finance Manager(India), CFO (India), Managing Director(India). 39. Monthly and weekly Credit hold customers, High Risk customers and High value but risky customers to Service heads and Finance Manager. 40. Weekly Collections report with forecast of further prospects through Visual management. 41. Escalate potential bad-debts, collections issue to finance manager and concerning team for earliest resolution. 42. Co-ordinate with Sales & Service heads and regional managers, customer service manager, finance manager (India) and taxation, Legal and EMEA finance controller for exact and complete resolution of disputed issue. 45. Initiate weekly calls with all regional Service managers to resolve customer issue and payment issue. 46. Escalate un-resolved issue and follow up till the resolution through flagging the risk and financial implications. Collections of all accounts receivables, TDS certificates, C-forms, Bank guarantees 47. Making calls, sending E-mail reminder and also sending reminder and dunning letters to customer. 48. Making personal visits to concerning customers for payments and resolving issues. 49. Arranging Invoice/Bill delivery either through email and post customer with all relevant statutory documents required for payment. 50. Weekly AR discussions with Sales and Service commercial managers for influence and help in collections. 51. Correspond with Banks for resolution of issues related to collections for all Letter of credit (LC), Cash against document (CAD) payments followed by escalations where there is a delay. 52. Pro-active approach towards collections and AR dispute management, where I also involve different departments wherever required for timely collections. 53. Responsible to help in cash application to concerning team with payment allocation instructions and squaring off the books. 54. Responsible for ensuring collection and forecast metrics monthly, quarterly and yearly as well. 55. Review and approve global tax withholding submissions (TDS certificates: Service Tax). 56. Build relationships with relevant business partners to ensure a smooth cooperation between the Credit department and the business.

Work closely with Sales and Service heads and Regional managers not only to escalate high delinquent accounts but to also structure financing alternatives for customers requiring special finance related help. Achievements (Since Dec 2014) 1. Reduced Bad-debts reserve recovery from $405k to $ 32k in 8 Months, for which my effort got recognized by Organisation by Certifying and prized an amount of $ 300/-. 2. Danaher has also recognized my effort for highest collections record in AB Sciex history by Certifying and prize money. 3. Drop in DSO from 90 days (YOY) to 72 days (YOY) in 2015 and now heading towards a target of 65 days in 2016.
