and gatekeeper of informal and formal technical documentation. Identified and coded appropriate
metadata for population of technical knowledge base. Coordinated five implementations on
schedule and within budget.
 Implemented company’s initial web presence to provide technical documentation as
collection of discrete html files. Converted site to conform to subsequently‐developed
marketing website. Coordinated migration of subsequently‐developed content into
company‐mandated portal‐driven site and then into a true knowledge base system.
o Mandated migration to company‐wide technical knowledge base completed on time
despite significant technical obstacles encountered in extracting content from legacy
portal.
o Managed development and implementation of applications in each Portal. Identified
requirements and verified that delivered apps met them. Coordinated with super‐

new printing systems. Completed implementation within originally specified timeframe
despite the extensive delays prior to my assignment.
