Lead the team responsible for creating the digital rights protection on digital files, the client application for transferring files from PC to player, the digital store for purchasing new songs, and the system to reimburse publishers and artists for royalties. <br />Major accomplishment includes introduction and adoption of K2 workflow for automating business processes and the use of Groove to facilitate virtual team collaboration. Instituted the first wiki and blog sites for the design teams to share ideas and concepts.
