Field Sales Representative
Development and parts sales covering a four county area in southern and central New Jersey. D&W
did not have representation in this part of the state. They purchased the assets of an existing

Territory Parts Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region
Covered a territory from NYC to VA calling on coach and transit properties including the largest

Technical Solutions Manager, Central Region
To provide a more focused, technical approach to their customer’s needs, field personnel were
trained in solving software and hardware technical issues at customer’s locations to reduce vehicle

Assumed additional responsibilities in Illinois as well as continuing my customer support in Michigan,

Managed a three state area - Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, by providing parts and service help to

included the following duties:
• Developed and grew the territory in all areas of parts sales and customer relationships.
• Assisted the new coach salesperson on all deliveries.
• Solved any field issues and reported findings back to engineering in Winnipeg, MB. Pembina, SD
or Louisville, KY.

New Jersey Transit, Howell, NJ June 2003 - June 2004
NJ Transit is New Jersey's public transportation corporation. Its mission is to provide safe, reliable,

Senior Area Sales Manager, Off-Highway Division
Reported to the VP of Sales, Daimler Chrysler, and worked to develop off-highway drive train
systems for new and existing customers. Key responsibilities included:
• Directed heavy equipment manufacturers on new customer field developments.

Regional Sales Manager-Eastern Region, Bus and Coach Regional Coordinator
• Coordinated product maintenance, sales and distribution for all public transit and private coach
operators in the area. This equated to over 13,000 pieces of equipment powered with Detroit
Diesel engines.
• Instrumental in many “firsts” for the area including:

Reported to the Vice President of Sales for this $15M manufacturer of molded patient monitoring
cables and surgical accessories with the following achievements:
• Worked with Marquette Electronics to develop their new replaceable lead Mac 10 patient
monitoring cable system and molded defibrillator cables.
• Assisted Burdick, Inc. to develop their new 10 lead patient cable for their EK-10 monitoring
system.
