company. I had the pleasure of working directly with Tiffany during her time this past summer as
an intern here at Spotlight Group, Inc., and her tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze me.
I was Tiffany’s manager at Spotlight Group, Inc., and during that time, we worked together
closely, so I fully understand her capabilities.
Tiffany’s incredible adaptability with potential consumers has let her excel in sales. Her uncanny
ability to know how to interact and communicate with customers makes them feel comfortable
with her. Her flexibility also allows her to quickly switch tactics if the customer changes their
mind about something at the last minute. While at Spotlight Group, Tiffany managed to sell our
products to a considerable amount of consumers in the field. Tiffany’s drive, enthusiasm, and
work ethic really shined through while her time here at Spotlight Group. She was actually
chosen, and given the opportunity to fly out to Boston, MA for two weeks to lead the Hair Show
Campaign Event with one other employee. It was a great learning experience for Tiffany and
expanded her knowledge and leadership skills within the company and herself.
Tiffany is also able to work effectively with other co-workers, making her a great addition to our
team. I have enjoyed watching the way she has grown and excelled at Spotlight Group, Inc.,
and am excited to hear about her future accomplishments.
With her abilities, adaptability, and dedication, Tiffany will make a great intern. I have no doubts
