– Today’s financial services are totally relying on ICT
– FinTech is relevant because it allows
through the use of disruptive technologies and
based on new disruptive business models
to offer new services (tailored to the need, low cost)
– Leads to the creative decomposition of traditional banking
organizations… but also to destruction of revenue

– However Capex/Opex/ROI will not magically disappear
