This document provides details of a construction project to build 3 hostels and other works at the campus of BIT Sindri, Dhanbad in Jharkhand, India. The client is the Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Ltd. and the consultant is Mass N Void Design Consultants. M/S Niranjan Rai has been awarded the contract for 76.39 crore rupees to be completed by March 2025. The project involves constructing 3 hostel buildings up to 4 floors each to house 160 rooms and accommodate 320 students per building. Construction is currently underway with plinth work completed for all buildings and ground and first floor slab work in progress.
