education (MOL) will jointly approve the procedures for revenue generation from their own
activities, and their spending and their reporting of the Vocational and Technical Education
Institutions.

“16.9. Assessment and information center will fulfill a regulation included in 16.1 of
the law and organize audit, assess professional skills of a graduate, a citizen who obtained
profession skills and to draw conclusions and will implement directives to publish text books
and produce teaching aids.”
