 The important things to study labor market are:
 Systematic data
 Quality of data collection
 Avoiding too complex design
 Mongolian universities have experiences on that
 We follow the TOR of the assignment from ADB
 The main activity is to provide technical assistance
 Consider comments and suggestions of MECS and
HEIs
