Presented at The Chairs Academy annual conference in St. Louis, Missouri
in March, 2014. The presentation was entitled “Examining the Faculty
Performance Management Framework” and was attended by over 35
Community College administrators.
Member of the Planning Committee for an International Conference on
Global TVET Education at College of the North Atlantic- Qatar. Conference
took place in April 2013 and had over 1000 educators and industry leaders in
attendance.
Peer reviewer of professional abstract submissions to Global Innovators
2013 Conference on TVET Education in the area of “Leadership and
Innovation”. Doha, Qatar (Jan 2013).
Founding member of CNA-Q’s Respectful Workplace Committee which
dealt with conflict resolution issues between employees and the employer.
Wrote and presented research piece entitled “Collaborating for Success:
Team Teaching the Engineering Tech Thesis” at European Educational
Conference in Barcelona, Spain (June 2011).
Involved with a six person committee, sanctioned by UNB and St. Thomas
University (Fredericton),to study the process of implementing a PLC
(Professional Learning Community) Model District 10, St. Stephen, NB.
Founding member of SSHS Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying
Committee (included addressing Cyber Bullying).
