I started learning skiing while I
was doing an exchange program
in Italy.
While taking the classes I felt
that skiing experience was
unlike anything I had felt before.
Skiing was a big challenge for
me, specially because I had fear
of heights.
Skiing helped me to confront my
fears and anxieties.
When I am skiing I feel
independent and relaxed. It is a
complete physical expression of
freedom.
