Skiing is an activity that Tatiana enjoys and believes contributes to her personal and professional development. She started skiing during an exchange program in Italy, where she had to confront and overcome her fear of heights. Skiing teaches strategic thinking, persistence, and stubbornness as it challenges one's fears and limits. It also provides opportunities for networking as one interacts with friends from different cultures and languages while achieving goals on the slopes.

I started learning skiing while I
was doing an exchange program
in Italy.
While taking the classes I felt
that skiing experience was
unlike anything I had felt before.
Skiing was a big challenge for
me, specially because I had fear
of heights.
Skiing helped me to confront my
fears and anxieties.
When I am skiing I feel
independent and relaxed. It is a
complete physical expression of
freedom.
