5k Training Program
Who?
Anyone may participate in this training program!
Do you want to walk or run your first 5k or
improve your 5k completion time?
This program will help you achieve your goals in a supportive atmosphere!
What?
Program will run for seven weeks; sessions will include a short presentation on
relevant nutrition and physical fitness information as well as participation in a 30
minute walking or running group
When?
Program start dates: February 14th and February 16th
Attend at least one session per week
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 0630-0730 and 1200-1300

initial session for February 14th or February 16th!
