Job Purpose
Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers and suppliers by patrolling and monitoring
premises and personnel and controlling access into the premises as well as ensuring that products and otherassets
are well protected and that proper documentation is used on their movement.

SECURITY CONTRACTS
PERFOMANCE MANAGEMENT security companies and ensure that they are being adhered to without
fail, conducting unannounced post inspections to ensure proper
attendance,appearance,record keeping, making sure that rules of
conduct are being followed and ensure that corrective action is done in a
timely manner.
Ensuring that all security guards are in uniform and well turned out and
endorse in Occurrence Book daily
Ensure full coverage of security deployment and endorse in Deployment
Book daily
Ensure all guard points have site instructions as agreed and endorse in
Occurrence Book daily
Crime Management and Awareness ation of interest,
occurrences and doing an initial interview of witnesses and obtaining
statements.
recording any irregularities and forwarding them to the Security
Manager for further action.
REPORTS WRITING • Produce monthly reports on all security related matters by the 4th of
every month.
• Produce weekly reports on all security related matters and submit to
Security Manager every Monday morning.
