ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTlES
A Consultant should possess the following job skills:
Effective analytical andproblem solving skills Utilizes an effective, rational decision-making
process. Gathers facts and key information to
formulate answers and resolutions.
Ability to deliverhigh-quality results with Exhibits consistency and reliability and
direction and supervision produces dependable work results with
direction and supervision from other employees
and senior staff. Completes work with accuracy,
thoroughness, and attention to detail.
Effectively communicate with co-workers and Has an approachable demeanor. Listens to the
client staff needs of oth,ers and accepts constructive
feedback and sueeestions.
Develop expertise configuring and using U11 Begins to learn UIPlanner and the functionality
products within the software.
Ability to identify and communicate questions Identifies where decisions can be made and
and issues to senior UII staff those that should be deferred to others.
Ability tounderstandfundamental concepts in Begin to understand the "why'' for software
one of our practice areas functionality and how it relates to the client's
business.
Possess solid writing skills Understands writing concepts, proofreads work
priorto presenting it to a group, and utilizes the
features of software (spell-check, grammar
check, etc.).
