Why you should eat healthy
1. WHY YOU SHOULD EAT HEALTHY!?
Study’s show that breakfast is the
most important meal of the day.
It’s very important that you eat it.
It’s a good way to start the day!!
Eating is good because you can avoid diseases. It you
don’t eat it can lead to very bad things like:
*Anorexia
*Diseases
*Serious Illness
You should eat every day, 3 times a day because it’s very
healthy for you. You should not go to school, work, etc. on
an empty stomach because your brain will not function
right and you will not memorize the stuff you need to
know. Not eating can lead to health problems and a dieseas
called gastritis witch is an inflammation (swelling) of the
lining of the stomach. That you can get that could probably
make you very sick. So remember to eat 3 times a day and
eat Healthy!
