Add Extra Meals to Reduce Weight Happily
The hardest problem during the weight loss period, because we want to control our appetite and
do not get starvation, how could we solve this problem? Actually, we just need to add several
meals base on three meals, we could avoid starvation. But we don't worry about it, we just need
to reduce food amount and notice the match of food, and take the principle of more meals less
food amount, you can easily solve the problem of diet.
1, Clever eating way
We see that some people always eat, but they do not gain fat. However, some people will be
fatter even drink water. Although the former like to eat food, he just eat a little, and low heat
food, it is easily absorbed. So fat would be accumulated inside our body. While the latter can not
control the appetite, when our body is lack of energy, the metabolism is reduced, so even we
suffer from the starvation, we still be fat. Compare two eating way, the former is much smarter.
So we should try to eat more food which is east be digested and control heat. Then match right
amount of exercises, weight loss will be more relaxed.
2, More meals and more choices
Although we advocate to add meals for yourself, and it is more important to choose food. The
most important point of diet is to pay attention to its nutrition value, although some food heat is
higher, its nutrition is high, too. For example, milk products, eggs, meat and nuts. Those food
could add nutrition for our body, but also could provide strong full feeling. There is another tip,
for example you eat an egg every day, you can eat an half in the morning, and eat the other part in
the afternoon.
Some tips for more meals
There is no certain standard for the numbers of added meals, we can arrange it according to our
life form. And notice that you can not add meals after supper. Because during this period, our
metabolism is slower, food is hard to be digested. The safest way is to control the total quantity
