It is a process in which one individual
makes something known to another
individual.
According to John Adam, Teaching is a

A teacher needs to understand the value of
the students sense of belonging, which can
be greater value and build self-worth for
minority students.
If the teacher demonstrates an
understanding of the students culture, it will
provide a better understanding between the
teacher and the student.
