· Man power planning and recruiting process.
· Conducting workshops and training sessions for the staff.

· Responsible for communicating directly with employment Law attorney at MSEC through emails and meetings
on compliance with Colorado’s employ safety laws.
· Reformatted DeBourgh’s policy into a handbook in-line with current employment rules & regulations of
Mountain States Employer’s Council (MSEC).
· Prepared presentations, complex spreadsheets and reports for HR lead.
· Managed database of employs performance and evaluation records.
· Drafted letters and case for approvals on handbook

· I attained the recognition of being named to the Vice President’s Honor List for fall semester 2013 at Otero Junior
College.
· In 2013, I went to study in America on scholarship by participating in cultural exchange program of Fulbright
commission.
· I actively participated in “Stakeholders Dialogue” on the framework for economic growth of Pakistan organized by
COMSATS Abbottabad in 2011 under the umbrella of DFID, UNDP and GINI & Planning commission of Pakistan.
Volunteer Work
· I volunteered and joined the mentorship program in La Junta High School, Colorado in 2014.
· I volunteered the city government of La Junta in organizing various annualevents for the years 2013-2014.
· I volunteered and participated in the relief and rehabilitation of IDPs after the devastated earthquake of 2005.
