The Dayton Public Schools is seeking substitute candidates for clerical, custodial, nutrition services, paraprofessional, and school bus driver trainee positions. Substitute work would be on an on-call basis with hours varying by week and assignment. Qualified candidates must be able to fill in as needed, follow instructions, work with both adults and students, and have basic digital literacy and physical abilities depending on the position. The Dayton Public Schools currently has vacancies for the various Substitute positions. Hours may
vary by week, and by assignment. The positions would be in the following areas/departments:

Salary Range: $7.95-$10.00
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be willing and able to fill in as needed, on an on call basis.
Have the ability to follow instructions.
Have the ability to work with adults and students.
Digital literacy: the ability to operate a digital device and utilize, basic browsing, text entry, and text
formatting may be required.
Bending, lifting, pushing, pulling may be required.
Routine manual labor may be required.
