About me as a Leader
I influence my team so they can look at the process from the eyes of end customer in order to ensure
everything we do as a team, contribute to all stakeholders and organization efficiently.
I ensure that my team is business literate who understands the link between Business Objective and Personal
Contribution & Impact on Outcome of their individual efforts.
I ensure my team and I have Result Measures which is directly linked with Business Objective and focuses on
how well we are meeting Customer needs. Along with this I also look after Lead and Lag Measures which
helps to control risk by monitoring it on regular intervals and make necessary corrective & preventive actions
before major damage.
I use team meetings (DSU & MRM) as a platform to bring the team together to collectively plan and perform
on customer's needs and process objectives including individual milestones.
I help decision making at each level and provide Responsibility, Accountability and Empowerment while
delegating things. This helps me to deliver things according to the expectations of stakeholders keeping
deadline in mind.
I influence team so they can look after all the issues and challenges as an opportunity for improvement.
I believe GEMBA with all the stakeholders including my team on regular intervals which helps for perpetual
learning and provide a platform to highlight issues, challenges, obstacles and deadlines. GEMBA also helps to
get recent updates and learn more about the process through supportive open questions which also triggers for
further investigation and action on Upstream and Downstream process.
I ask consecutively WHY's till I understand and find out root cause and eliminate wastes from the process.
On regular intervals I look after needs created by market in order to plan in advance and satisfy those to do
business more effectively and get more benefits for the organization.
