K-Stage Standard
Standards are vertical structural member of the
scaffold system which are made from 48.3 OD X
4mm Tubes
Standards have “V” pressings in clusters at 495
mm centres, which provide location points for
Transoms, Ledgers, Braces, Hopups etc and a spigot
fixed at the
top.
K-Stage Ledgers
Ledgers is horizontal member of the scaffold system
also known as guard rails are made from 48.3 OD
X 3.2 mm & 4 mm tubes. Ledgers fit into the upper
“V” Pressings on the standards.
K-Stage Transom
Transoms are made by welding two 5.00 mm angles
back to back. Transoms fit into the lower “V”
pressings on the standards to carry steel boards.2.4

Truss Transom
Used for heavy duty load spans and extended distances.
Spigot
Used to join 2 standards together. Requires either a hinged pin or
special bolt.

3. K-Stage Steel Plank
The steel plank spans between the transoms giving a
non slip surface with a is hot dip galvanized finish.
LVL Scaffold Plank
Individually proof tested and compliant in accordance
with AS 1577 for Stiffness, Strength, Sliding & Slip

K-Stage Hop Ups
Board Stage Brackets / hopups fit into the “V” pressing
of the standard which is nearest to the wall. The 2 &
3 BSB have holes into which tie bar pins are attached.
They are used to provide cantilevered platform on the
inside of the scaffold nearest the wall.
Diagonal Braces
The diagonal brace is used to the full height of the scaf-
folding in a longitudinal direction.

4. K-Stage Tie Bars
Tie bars have pins at each ends which fit in holes of
2 and 3 board stage brackets (hopups) to prevent the
brackets from spreading and the planks from becoming
dislodged.
End Toe Board Brackets
Fits into ‘V’ locating lugs on the standard at the end of a platform
to hold the end
batten toe board vertically in place.
Toe Board Bracket
Clamps to the standard with a captive wedge to hold the batten toe
board
vertically in place.
Double C Clip / Gantry Coupler
Used to Join Standards Back to Back

5. Guardrail Post
Used for edge protection – slab or balcony’s. Bolted into concrete with 14mm
Dyna Bolts. Compatible with all sizes of ledgers which makes it very versatile.
Step Down Bracket
The first step onto a stair access or ladder access is always difficult due to site
constraints, ground levels and base outs. The use of the adjustable step down
bracket gives the comfort of adjustment to balance the variables so the step
becomes balanced when getting on or getting off a stair access at ground
level
Wall Tie Bracket
SizeSuitable for 48mm tube, used to secure the scaffold to a structure
Base Plate
Add more stability to your scaffold structures with a base plate. When secured
the base plate stops tube from slipping across the floor.
Internal Corner Panel
Used with Hop Up Brackets to fill any corner gaps in the scaffold structure.

6. Scaffold Tubes
Tubes have a 48.3mm outside diameter and
the wall thickness of 4.05 the tubes are to be
used with all types of couplers and fittings
Putlog Single Coupler
Used for joining putlogs or transoms to
ledger tubes, providing a level unconstructed surface for planks
and boards. Also used for securing ledgers to standards.
Half Coupler
Forged Steel piece, fit for 48.3MM tube, which is flat and un-
plated, suitable for welding
Double Coupler
A strong drop forged connector, providing strength under load
bearing situations joining tubes at 90 degree angles.
Blade Putlog
plug adapter/pressed clamp, Converts 48.3mm scaffold tube into
putlog for insertion into brickwork joints.
