At Previous company Wipro, some of the key achievements,
1. Translucent soap , made it to run on line with conventional machines. First in India.
2. Improved overall productivity of ToiletSoap plantby workingon reducingwastage, increasinguptimeof
machines,used less GSM wrappers, reduced manpower for same out put, made multiskill to max workers,
deskilled to some system so that any body can operate, etc
3. Improved productivity at FAGP plant by doing automation work, now plant is giving out put 55TPD in
place of 40 TPD.
4.Completed project of 27000sqft HUB at Tumkur location, containing effective racking system with
Modern MHEs, whole HUB is operated by only 1 executive with f contractpeople .This hub serves to entire
southern India
5.Project of Diaper Pack completed. Productivity improved per man upto 4500 in place of 2500.
6.Glycerine Soap Project completed, looking after manufacturing activities
7.Made some of the machines with the help of expertise as per our requirement, original design/concept
is given by us, this has made us to reduce the manpower a lot, cost has come down tremendously and
increased the productivity, some machines like collate and wrap, CHK mould cutting machine, gravity
concept, soap banding machine, flow wrap machines, single wire cutting machi ne etc.
8. As Six Sigma Green Belt Holder, completed many turbo projects, in regards with quality improvement,
cost saving, power saving etc,
9.At haridwar plant,madesome modification in soap line,nowout put is around 35 TPD in placeof 10 TPD,
using same manpower.
10.At Vietnam, UNZA plant, Visited 3 times, worked on machineries,improved quality of soaps ,increased
productivity,so that they could export the soaps to China Market, this was held from last 18 months,I have
made it in 15 days only. Installed and commissioned new soap line.
11.Completd Soap Development Center at Tumkur Location.
12. At Waluj Plant- Achievements are –
Increased in Prodn 97K to 104K in GLS
Increased in Prodn 18K to 19.4 in CFL
Completed HUB Drive-In Racking system with MHE
In progress- PCB manufacturing Plant, Auto Cartooning, Lazor printing and some
automation work at CFL/GLS plant
13.Completed In-House PCB Manufacturing Project, Production started.
Some of the achievements in other organizations. Other than Wipro
1.Wash to ENA plant .Cap. 35 KLPD (Alfa Laval), erection work completed in record time without
much disturbing the existing plant and commissioned successfully.
2.35 KLPD fermentation plant project erection and commissioned successfully
3. Improved bottling efficiency by 15%, by working on right from bottle to machine operation.
4.Fogging system introduced in Maturation Rooms.
5.Recollection system of condensate, is developed & used as feed water to Boiler.
6.Belt Conveyor system modification work done(three track to singletrack) with synchronization with all
bottling machines (like Filling, Sealing, Labeling etc )
7.Change parts developed for different brands of IMFL, for different sizes of bottles for all machines like
Filling machines, Sealing machines & labeling machines. at very low cost
8.Completd Harmony Organization Project in scheduled time and budget.
This was a green field project .Key features were,
 Project Planning,Scheduling,Estimation of work/cost, discussion with various parties,
suppliers,consultants,Preparingdrawings,doingdetailingwork,PreparingP & I diagram,
Layout of equipments etc.Taking drawings approval fromconsultant,(Structural,Pipingand
Civil) Submittingapproved drawings to concern Government departments to carry out the
project work.
 Handled Local Govt. Official,political influenced persons.Liaisoning work with MIDC, MPCB,
MSEB, Excisedept, , Factory Inspector Officeetc and co-ordination with related departments
9.Improved Continuous Dryer efficiency,earlier output was 80KG/HR, did modification,now getting 145
kg/hr output usingeffective utilization of steam and mechanism.
10.Won Awards for QC quality Circle case study held at Kanpur,pune,etc.
My hobbies are,
Playingmusical instruments likeOrgan.Guitar etc. I liketo take part & to conduct the cultural
programs,Stage shows, etc. In sports I play Cricket, Badminton.

  • 4. 1.Wash to ENA plant .Cap. 35 KLPD (Alfa Laval), erection work completed in record time without much disturbing the existing plant and commissioned successfully. 2.35 KLPD fermentation plant project erection and commissioned successfully 3. Improved bottling efficiency by 15%, by working on right from bottle to machine operation. 4.Fogging system introduced in Maturation Rooms. 5.Recollection system of condensate, is developed & used as feed water to Boiler. 6.Belt Conveyor system modification work done(three track to singletrack) with synchronization with all bottling machines (like Filling, Sealing, Labeling etc ) 7.Change parts developed for different brands of IMFL, for different sizes of bottles for all machines like Filling machines, Sealing machines & labeling machines. at very low cost 8.Completd Harmony Organization Project in scheduled time and budget.
