quantitative analysis of collected

12. 2. Monitor citizen loyalty
Alem Media Monitoring application hub incorporates
elements of Artificial Intelligence, allowing the app to
recognize emotional sentiment of publications, related
comments and user messages in social networks.
A new machine learning method is used in sentiment
analysis, which is based on gradient boosting, which is
also used in European Organization for Nuclear
Research(CERN).
The loyalty analysis is performed by identifying
sentiment of posts in social networks, blogs and
different types of mass media.

Alem Media Monitoring application hub allows to
promptly indicate provocative posts or spikes of high
information activity by analyzing incoming data.
The system allows detection of:
● Systematic aggregation of negative posts in
mass media, blogosphere and social networks
by a particular topic;
● Provocative statements leading to undesired
repercussions;
● Level of concern among population in regard to
stability in the country.

● The system allows to identify the most
discussed topics in the selected field of
research.
● Selection can be sorted by the number of
likes, reposts or comments, which allows a
user to see the most talked about posts in a
particular time range.

Alem Media Monitoring groups duplicates of posts from different sources and allows to identify the first source in mass media
and social networks.
The system saves all found materials from mass media and social networks, and in case of their deletion from the original
website, allows for proving this post was indeed published and the website being the original source.
In a case of posts being deleted from the original source, Alem Research can prepare documents, that would be required as
evidence in court. The data would have a electronic timestamp*, confirming the authenticity of its contents and the date of the
deleted publication.
