• A global non-profit organization dedicated to
improving public speaking, communication, and
leadership skills
• Founded in 1924 by Ralph Smedley
• More than 10,000 clubs in the world
• (200 clubs in GTA)

3. Why have a Toastmasters club at QSB?
• Great way to work on SOFT SKILLS!
• Communicate effectively and clearly
• Get to know your classmates
