Responsibilities:
Project: BBC MOTECH (Mobile technology for Community health) IVR inbound and
Outbound)
• Handling Operations and Maintenance functions & Troubleshooting Technical
problems of IVR inbound and outbound OBD for community health.
• Application maintenance & up gradation
• Daily checkup of service to insure service is working fine
• Resolve issue escalated from the BBC engineer related to IVR.

About Mobile Vaani: Mobile Vaani is our answer to building a social media platform
equivalent to Facebook/YouTube/Twitter for rural areas. We have built an intelligent IVR

2. (interactive voice response) system that allows people to call into a number and leave a
message about their community, or listen to messages left by others. Our flagship
deployment in Jharkhand and Bihar now has over 400,000 users that call over 5000 times
per day, and discuss wide ranging issues on culture, local updates and announcements,
government schemes, and information sharing.

Responsibilities:
• Application maintenance & up gradation.
• Installation and maintenance of Mobile Vaani Server for Call in and call out IVR
based service.
• Create survey,Advertisment, Help line for the stakeholder as per requirement.
• Check all application, DB on timely basis to insure uptime is 100% and call back
and call in is working fine.
• OBD service delivery and share the report to stake holder how many receive the call
how many not received.

Responsibilities:
• Handling Operations, Maintenance functions & Troubleshooting Technical
problems of IVR inbound and outbound OBD for community health.
• Testing many IVR short codes time to time to insure that everything is working fine.
• Doing health check-ups time to time for all nodes to insure service is up and running
fine.
• Co-ordinate closely with Regional Coordinators, Community Supervisors, District
Marketing officers and Community Coordinators to understand the support issues
being faced by mHealth service’s users.
• Analyse and close (if not related to backend) the issues reported from field.
• Informing about issues/downtimes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Help Sr. Mobile Products Manager/Mobile Technology Manager in performing
UAT for new technology led outputs.
• Escalating critical issues, downtime and capacity bottlenecks to Aggregator. Also to
closely review the Aggregator network logs/CDRs and reporting interfaces.
• Work with Mobile Technology Manager for successful troubleshooting, version
launches/flow changes as specified by telecom operator.

and sub codes allocated to the BBC Media Action in conjunction with the appointed
aggregator

Project: Roaming Suite Roamware/ Serve at once device Management
• Responsibility: Handling Operations, Maintenance functions &
Troubleshooting Technical problems of all services mapped at Airtel Africa 17
countries..
• Doing health check-up’s for all major nodes to keep the services running.
• To ensure all the major processes which are running on servers to make the
services live should be running if not then trying to resolve it. If not possible then
escalating the same to the concerned team to avoid any outage.
• Planning, scheduling and performing redundancy testing of all nodes.
• Check daily report get from OPCO local team and insure that LU is going
success.
• Interact with ISV on weekly basis with all open cases challenges faces during the
week discuss for the same for the performance improvement.
• Prepare the daily server report regarding Roaming Suit
• Monitoring the centralized content database for syncing with circle content
database. Manual propagation in case of sync issues.
• Interact with Network team Airtel to check link connectivity between Roamware
Roaming Suit and MSC.
• Monitoring the CDR processing servers and troubleshooting in case application
is erroneous.
• Handling and doing the required changes in config files for all the modules of
SADM services.
• To ensure all the major processes should be in running state on servers to make
the services live. if not then trying to resolve it. If not possible then escalating the
same to the concerned to avoid any outage.
• To analyse the problematic logs and provide the resolution to the client.
• Prepare SADM dashboard for checking the performance of services.
