2017 by the president of United Arab Emirates by identifying the important pillars of
corporate social responsibility, proper volunteering and also serving the respective nation.
The consideration of year of giving has been intruded by providing hospitality as well as
generosity that have been laid upon identity and legacy through determining the policies that
have been established within UAE. Considering this particular effectiveness, these programs
has been intensified within ADU by determining initiatives of celebrating the virtues
considering the promotions that are highly required for individuals (Subeh, 2017).
Aims and Objectives:
In order to fetch effective research outcomes, the researcher has determined important aims
and objectives of the research have been assessed:
To assess the promotions made by ADU on strategic development by ensuring social
responsibility
To determine the promotion regarding volunteering of different cultures within ADU
To identify the innovative ideas empowered within ADU through sufficing strategies
on the consequences of the strategies regarding year of giving.

The UAE has considered the financial year 2017 as the year of giving and has sufficed the

responsibility, volunteering and also serving the respective nation. The initiatives have been
launched for the respective financial year engaging the citizens of the country for entrenching
the values considering philanthropic perspectives along with altruism within the particular
community. The private segment will work durably with government establishments to help
charitable activities, including human alleviation work locally, provincially and
internationally, solidifying the UAE's position as one of the world's driving outside guide
contributors. Volunteers will be basic members in The Year of Giving, with numerous open

the of the research. Generally, there are two types of research strategy has been followed.
One is the qualitative research strategy and other is the quantitative research strategy.

precise analysis of their views has been untaken in order to justify the research procedure
successfully. Moreover, the quantitative research has been materialized through generating

among the respondents are judged so as to ensure the feasibility of the respective survey.
Therefore, in this respective research, the clear and concise aspects of year of giving in ADU
has been revealed through following quantitative research strategy so as to ensure proper
justification regarding the survey (Flick, 2015). The respondents gathered for the survey has
been interviewed through generating research questions in for of questionnaire so as to
identify the progress of the research. The responses have been engulfed through judging the
Likert Scale which comprises rating starting from 1 to 5.
Data Collection
Data collection process has been acquired on the basis of fulfilling the analysis required for
assessing techniques perceived in sustaining the differentiations successfully. It has been
observed that for justifying the instances regarding the year of giving in ADU, the researcher
has collected primary data from the respondents in order to undertake analysis in form of
7. interview to 20 survey respondents that are generally stakeholders of the organization. On the
other hand, the secondary data has been deferred through identifying a case study considering
the aspects revealed from the derivatives of year of giving within ADU. Thus, the collected
data has been analyzed through utilizing statistical tools like MS Excel in order to examine
fruitful results.
Data Sampling
Two types of sampling techniques has been generated for assessing research outcomes. One
is probabilistic sampling and the other one is non-probabilistic sampling technique. In this
research, a non-probabilistic sampling technique has been considered in order to fetch
effective outcomes for the research.
Pilot Study
The researcher has undergone primary assessment by considering 2 respondents from the
overall respondents selected and has judged the responses by pertaining a interview session
by raising research questions in order to adhere the facts regarding the concept of year of
giving in ADU.
Research Validity
The research has been validated through the interception where all the data collected and
authentic and are from reliable sources in order to adhere a successful research outcomes.
Ethical Considerations
The researcher should possess the research by ethical means and also no false
misinterpretation has been achieved on pertaining the overall research. The researcher should
not mislead the information and data gathered from the overall investigation.
Data Analysis
Data analysis has been revealed through the activities by dint of which overall examination of

40% of the respondents have sufficed strong agreement regarding the fact that the students of
ADU will be highly supported from the campaign of the year of giving.

It is evident when the respondents have been asked about the fact that the particular campaign
regarding the year of giving, all the financial problem of the undergraduates of ADU can be
reduced or not. 45% of the respondents have revealed strong agreement regarding this
particular campaign, which will help to reduce the financial problem of undergraduates that
are taking admissions within the university.
Conclusion
It can be concluded that the aspects of the overall campaign will highly facilitate the students
of ADU as different activities will be achieved in measuring success both academically and
also in sustaining effective path of diligence.
