Summary: Experienced sales professional with a demonstrated history of working in the sales
and customer service industry. I'm a hospitality graduate from Seneca College, who aspires to be
in the hospitality industry in Canada. As a hospitality professional, I am fascinated by customer
service and am driven to deliver revenue to any organization that I work with. My focus will be
to apply my academic knowledge along with my operational know-how and excel as a
hospitality professional moving forward.
Core Competencies & Achievements:
Customer Satisfaction & Customer Retention: Handled multiple clients and made sure that
service is been delivered according to the company standards and as promised. With a problem-
solving mindset I always aim at providing best possible solution to the consumer according to
their needs.
Direct Selling & Sales: Experience at Sunday Mobility gave me an exposure to experiential
marketing and sales. As a business development intern my job was to generate leads for the
company as well as generate potential business opportunity for my clients.
Lead Generation: Functioned as the liason between the client and the company while ensuring
that I continuously exploring new business opportunity while ensuring that benefits both the
party that I am working with.

Line Cook – Jack Astors – 08/18 – Present:
As a part of Jack Astors, I got a chance to explore my potential in a high-volume, high-
performance restaurant. Focused on service my daily role includes a lot of organization, detail to
quality and a determination to deliver excellent customer service with each and every food item
served. Being a hospitality student, this experience enabled me to apply my knowledge into an
actual work-space and understand how important team-work, management and quality assurance
is in the hospitality industry.
Customer Service Associate – Wipro LTD – 02/17 – 09/17:
As a customer service associate at Wipro I had the chance to build, grow and sustain client
relationships. This role gave me the opportunity to establish myself as a customer service
professional. I also got various opportunities to pitch new services, ideas and products to
consumers - new and existing. I was involved in brainstorming sessions with my team leader and
always had a platform to voice my ideas in terms of - how can we make our existing process
better. Wipro enabled me to shape my customer service skills and gave me the opportunity to
explore my professional potential in the sales and marketing arena.
Business Development and Advertising Intern – Sunday Mobility – 06/15 – 06/15:
As a business development and advertising intern at Sunday Mobility I had the chance to work in
a dynamic yet organized atmosphere. As an intern I had various responsibilities ranging from
documentation, invoice/vendor management to working on pitching services to clients and
generating leads for the firm. This internship allowed me to intensify my knowledge about
advertising and campaign management while giving me an exposure to the sales and customer
service arena.

management, global sales management strategies and strategic relationship management
