sector, at Board and Management levels. I have built up a wealth of experience, including roles as Finance
Director, Financial Controller, Project Manager, Change Manager & Systems Implementation Director. I
have extensive experience in Budgetary Control, SAP & Oracle implementation, testing, operation &

Finance Roles:
Full management & reporting. Revenue, Opex and Capex (including Actuals, Budget & Forecast) -
up to a pan-european opex budget of $1.1bn & UK revenue of c£960m

Divisional restructuring to transit & reduce current finance staffing (510 to 310)
Outsourcing Facilities & Supply Chain functions (£60m & £6m Opex)
Recruited independent Finance Team and established AP function in UK
