Rowing, the ultimate team sport, is the most powerful catalyst program
Team Concepts offers. Your team will be taking part in its own Regatta -
including training, a race, and medal ceremony - which will become a
model for the concepts to be addressed in the seminars. This approach
enhances understanding and retention of those concepts, while creating
a vigorous and novel learning environment.
Team Concepts has 20 years of experience in coaching novices, and over
the last ten years has specialized in training novice corporate teams not
only to row in one day, but also to race. The act of rowing contains many
lessons in teamwork and team building that is directly relevant to the real
work place. Through the Sport of Rowing, the Team Champion Program is
fun and invigorating, and it brings home skills in a totally unique way that
allow employees at every level to work together toward a common goal.

TEAM HOLLYWOOD- Film Making
Team dynamics, creativity, and fun are all part of this unique
adventure that has team members playing multiple roles to
produce their own award winning "Best Picture." This
program will live forever in the hearts and memories of your
people. Teams are formed from among the participants and
given the task of producing a 5-minute movie. The
productions are based on famous movie themes, but also
must include the critical elements of current organization
initiatives, values, goals or direction. The teams are given
cameras, props, pocket money, and a deadline, then
turned loose on the streets and parks of the local city to
begin their adventure assignment. Following the filming, the
viewing of the finished productions, judging, and the Team
Hollywood Awards ceremony rounds out this unforgettable
day!

Team Concepts
Team Energy is a fun, faced-paced, high energy Team
Building experience that involves a series of timed challenges.
The purpose of the challenges is to demonstrate the effect of
competition on the team. The challenges program will be
facilitated for your group by a team of coaches, including
Olympic athletes. The context of the tournament will be
described as per the identified theme. The act of competing,
of comparing your team's performance to another, or against
the standard of the team, is inherently ennobling. While
representing your team in competition you develop
camaraderie, trust, and commitment to the team. The
competition is also a model for the dynamics of the
interaction of team members. It demonstrates the effect on
teams of personality traits, role-playing, communication, goal
setting, and conflict resolution.
