1. Recommendation Letter
I joined Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara as Front Office Manager in June of last year
until February of 2012. Very shortly after my arrival while in the process of reorganizing and
restructuring the Rooms Division our Chief Concierge departed from the property and Soufiane
assumed the responsibilities immediately, reporting directly to myself as Chief
Concierge. Soufiane is still employed with the Resort in the position of Chief Concierge and did
work within the Guest Services Department approximately 1 year prior to my arrival from
Toronto.
Soufiane is an exceptionally talented and bright individual. As Chief Concierge at Qasr Al
Sarab Desert Resort, he took the opportunity to establish a consultative relationship with myself
during my time at the Resort. He is arduous, takes initiative and personal responsibility for his
actions, behaviors and results, thereby setting high performance standards for himself and others
that cannot be compromised. Throughout all endeavors, Soufiane maintained high ethical
standards by conducting himself professionally at all times, never hesitating to seek guidance and
feedback from colleagues to improve his performance.
