• Sound (sound bridges)- the music .
• Not one continual shot –lots of different shot

• Some of it is green background
6. Camera work
• Mid shot – of a new worker looking at a piece
of paper
• Close up – on the piece of paper he was
reading scrunched up
• Extreme close up – on the paper ball getting
thrown into the trash can
• Mid shot – of the new worker who threw the
paper ball and another worker that has the
paper ball hovering in his hand

• Mid shot – of the new worker looking confused
• Long shot – on the 2 people talking and on the
paper ball hovering in the air
• Close up – on the old workers face and you get to see
his eyes which are weird colours
• Mid shot – on the weird eye colour worker with
paper balls in the background
• Mid shot – there on the weird eyed worker holding
his hand apart and in between his hands there are
atoms
8. Visual Effects
• There are 2 main visual effects throughout the
advertisement
• The first is the paper ball – this shows that
they don’t waste a thing there is always a way
to use the waste and they use every single
scrap of every single part of the tea that
comes in

• The other thing that keeps showing is
‘Yorkshire tea’ – this show the companies
name and shows that they want to keep that
in your mind and the product is a part of
‘Yorkshire Tea’ company
10. Props
• The props that are used are the paper ball and
they are talking about the waste and how
Yorkshire tea don’t do waste ‘like that’
11. Lighting
• So at the start of the advert it is inside so the
light is a bit dull
• When the paper is thrown near the trash can
the lighting is coming from the north –east so
it has shadows on the east side to have effects
• Then there is perfect lighting when the paper
ball is hovering in the weird eyed person
12. Actor
• There are loads of actors but in this advert
there are 2 main actor- the new guy and a
weird eyed guy who has one eye blue and the
other eye is green so I call this man the weird
eyed man
• At one point in the advert all the workers stop
working and stand holding tea bags and some
workers were holding tea pots
13. Sound
You can hear:
• Scrunching up of paper
• Paper ball hitting the waste paper bin
• Dialogue
• Paper balls floating down
